Description

The Client is seeking a lettings provider, with specific knowledge of the education sector, to provide a robust managed lettings service for the School's facilities. The chosen Supplier will be required to liaise with the Schools central and premises teams, to minimise administrative burden on School Staff.
The contract will be for three years in duration, with the option to extend for a further one period of up to two years and with a commencement date of 13 April 2026.
TUPE regulations do not apply to this contract.
