Scope
Description
University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is procuring grounds maintenance services across three of its hospital sites: Heartlands Hospital, Solihull Hospital, and Good Hope Hospital. The scope includes scheduled and ad-hoc grounds maintenance such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control, litter picking, gritting, tree maintenance, and seasonal planting. The service is expected to support a clean, safe, and attractive external environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
