Description
THA intends to obtain best value in energy and water procurement by establishing a framework agreement (The Agreement) under The Procurement Act 2023(The Regulations) in four lots
• for the supply of its own half-hourly electricity,
• non-half hourly electricity,
• gas
• water supply and that of Other Bodies.
