An open framework for non-healthcare substance use services framework, under the Procurement Act 2023, with a total of 7 lots, for a period of up to 4 years (2+1+1).

The Framework will consist of the following Lots:

Lot 1 - Flexible Needle and Syringe Provision

Lot 2 - Enhanced Employment Support For Multiply Disadvantaged Individuals With Substance Use And Other Support Needs
