The notice relates to Southwark Care Home Practice health care services.

This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C.

The lifetime Value of the contract is £12,745,893 (£849,726 per annum).

The contract term will be 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years, followed by the option to extend for another 5 years (5+5+5) at the sole discretion of the Authority.

The contract will start on 01/04/2026 and end 31/03/2031, if all optional extensions are utilised the contract end date will be 31/03/41.

Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 14/10/2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
