Scope

Description

Fully managed disrepair service to undertake repairs to properties where legal action or properties in the pre action protocol are delivered, surveyed and managed inclusive of communication with legal teams, residents and housing management. Requirement to manage contractors and scopes to ensure delivery of the councils responsibilities are met.
