Description

The procurement of a supply chain to deliver responsive repairs, voids and associated works to include: -

Voids including clearances & Environmental cleans (Circa £2M pa)

General building including damp and mould, disrepair & HHSRS support (Circa £1.5M pa)

Carpentry including fire door replacement & lock changes/forced entry, window replacement & repairs (Circa £400K pa)

Fencing, bricklaying & groundworks (Circa £200K pa)

Roofing, scaffolding & access working at height (Circa £500K pa)

Door entry, CCTV & aerials (Circa £100K pa)

Drainage work including jetting, drainage renewals, water mains works, including plumbing support , CCTV and tankers (Circa £300K pa)

Occupational therapist prescribed works (minor works not full installations). (Circa £70K pa)

Pest control & proofing (Circa £120K pa)

Asbestos testing (Circa £70K pa)

Asbestos removal (Circa £240K pa)

The supply chain will deliver services to LB Sutton's social housing stock of 7,500 dwellings in tandem with Sutton Housing Partnerships in-house DLO.

Sutton Housing Partnership is looking to appoint professional, reliable and customer focussed contractors to provide an excellent service for its tenants and leaseholders.

Tenders will be evaluated on a price/quality split and each of the work categories above will be tendered in separate lots under one overarching open framework.

The framework will be divided into different lots and more information will be provided leading up to and during the market engagement.
