The University is seeking to appoint one or more specialist delivery partners to support the procurement, implementation, and optimisation of a new institutional website and Content Management System (CMS). Contracts may be awarded to a single integrated provider covering both lots or to separate suppliers for each lot, depending on the quality and suitability of proposals received.

Lot Lot 1. Web Content Management
Description
This lot covers the provision of a robust, flexible CMS tailored to the higher education sector, inclusive of secure and scalable hosting. The CMS must adopt a headless, API first architecture; support granular content governance and approval workflows integrate with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD); and provide functionality for personalisation and A/B testing. The CMS and hosting solution must demonstrate GDPR compliance, ensure high availability and performance monitoring, and be supported by comprehensive training, maintenance, and ongoing support arrangements.

Lot 2. Website Design
Description
This lot covers the design and development of a modern, mobile-first institutional website that significantly enhances the University's digital presence. The solution must comply with WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA accessibility standards and provide modular and personalised content layouts, integrated analytics, and comprehensive site-wide search functionality. The website must be designed to work seamlessly with the CMS provided under Lot 1 and be supported by training, maintenance, and ongoing optimisation
