two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Caledonia Housing Association (CHA) is seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on its proposed Repairs, Maintenance and Voids Lotted Framework, covering 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2028, with options to extend for up to 2 x 12-month periods (maximum duration: 4 years).

The framework will cover full Multi-Trade Works, including any combination of trades. However, it must include Joiner, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Builder, Roofer and Plasterer (note: trades list is not exhaustive). The Scope also includes provision for out-of-hours cover and Voids. Kitchen & bathroom renewal works and medical adaptation, may also be included.

We are very interested in hearing marketplace views on the options listed below. You will also have the opportunity to participate in an online discussion, via Teams with our staff and consultants during the Contractors Open Days.
