Scope
Description
The works will be located across Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council.
Each property must receive a pre and post works Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which is uploaded to the Open EPC Register. The Council's in-house team of Domestic Energy Assessors will support the undertaking of some of these.
Each property must be subject to a whole-house assessment. Retrofit Plans will then be submitted to the Council for offers to be made to clients. Once provisional agreements are made on the measures to go forward, technical surveys will need to be undertaken alongside any design work e.g. External Wall Insulation. Once complete, batch applications for measures are sent to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero for approval. Once these are approved, Instructions to Proceed are issued to the Contractors.
