Scope

Description

The Civil Service is committed to advancing its Employee Insights Programme (EIP), aimed at fostering a culture of continuous listening and action. To support this ambition, we would like to engage with leading external suppliers of employee listening platforms and tools, to understand current best practices, technological innovations, and strategic capabilities within this space. This includes features such as central surveys, pulse checks, real-time feedback, AI-driven analysis, actionable insights, and integration capabilities. The engagement is part of the process which we will be following for the forthcoming procurement for the 2026 (and future years) Civil Service Service as well as other polling exercises.

It is likely that the existing Crown Commercial Services Research and Insights DPS (RM6126) will be used.
