Scope

Description

Network Rail is issuing this tender notice to establish a contract with a Supplier to replace up to 20 no. Road Rail Vehicle with Mobile Elevated Working Platforms and Drum Carrier Modules.

The project requires the supply of a fleet of up to 20 x medium weight OHLE RRVs 13T - 18T fitted with modular systems, including a primary Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) and a secondary drum carrier module. These vehicles will be integral to overhead line maintenance operations and are designed to enhance the efficiency and reliability of Network Rail's current fleet.

**A briefing for tenderers will take place at 10:00 17/09/25. Please contact will.mendrek1@networkrail.co.uk for an invite to the briefing. This will be a one way communication with no questions taken**

ITT comprising of a qualification, technical and commercial envelope. Candidate's must satisfy the conditions of participation in order to participate in the Procurement and have their ITT submission evaluated. A minimum pass mark of 50% will be applied to the technical envelope in Stage 1. The four (4) highest scoring tenderers following the ITT will be progressed to Stage 2. Stage 2 comprises of Supplier presentations that will be held at a Network Rail office with the location to be advised in due course. The tenderers score from the presentation will be combined with their original score from Stage 1 to produce a Final Tender Score.
