Description
The London Borough of Bromley is proposing to redevelop Beckenham Car Park, a council-owned car park located off Beckenham Road which includes a 40-space car park, a detached two-storey building and associated porta cabins with access via Turners Meadow Way. The proposal includes 35 new affordable homes in a mix of sizes accommodated in a building of stepped form with a flexible use workspace on the ground floor and associated landscaping works.
