Description

The Authority is seeking Bids in relation to Cranbrook Leisure, part of Cranbrook Leisure, Health and Wellbeing Campus. The Campus includes a circa 3750m² net internal area Leisure Centre, incorporating Library, Youth and Family Services Hub and a 2,250m² Neighbourhood Health Centre together with an additional small site for Commercial Development.

The Authority is seeking an architecturally led multidisciplinary design team to deliver Cranbrook Leisure Centre, encompassing a Library, Youth and Family Services Hub.

Total value (estimated)

  • £1,950,000 excluding VAT
  • £2,340,000 including VAT

Contract dates (estimated)

  • 24 November 2025 to 21 December 2029
  • 4 years, 28 days

Options

The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.

Initial scope of work is for RIBA Stages 2 and 3 to Planning Consent and recommendation of Contract Award.

An option is included to add Novated Design services from RIBA Stages 4 to 7 inclusive.

A further option is included to add Technical Advisor services from RIBA Stages 4 to 7 inclusive.

These options are not guaranteed and either one, both or neither option may be required within this Contract.
