Description
Southampton City Council ("the Council") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") for the provision of Inspection, testing and repair works to concrete and masonry structures (MTC).
The requirement is to establish a specialist measured term contractor that can support Southampton City Council in delivering an inspection, testing & repair works to concrete and masonry structures (structural and non-structural); including residential tower blocks and other residential buildings, council buildings, schools, commercial and industrial buildings and other structures owned and/or managed by Southampton City Council.

- £8,000,000 excluding VAT
- £9,600,000 including VAT

Description of possible extension:
