Description
Bolton at Home would like to invite tenders for the provision of Adaptations Framework, split down into categories of works under Lots:-
Lot 1 - Adapted Bathrooms, Lot 2 - Adapted Extensions, Lot 3 - Minor Adaptations, Lifts, Lot 4 - Concrete Ramps, Lot 5 - Metal Ramps, Lot 6 - Lifts, Lot 7 - Stairlifts.
Bolton at Home is seeking to award a contract to a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 20 suppliers per Lot. Tender Framework Term will be for 4 years.

The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender (MAT) and the evaluation criteria is as follows:-
Stage 1 - Quality inc Social Value - 50%
Stage 2 - Pricing - 50%
Stage 3 - Procurement Specific Questionnaire - Pass/Fail
It is anticipated the start date for the framework will commence on 1st November 2025.
