Description

Anchor is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise and is seeking to understand the market for a comprehensive suite of services for the supply and installation of commercial kitchen equipment. These services are essential for providing safe, high-quality, and compliant catering facilities for our residents. This provision is anticipated to be structured into two distinct lots, as detailed below. Anticipated Lot Structure Lot 1: Heavy Commercial Kitchen Equipment - Supply & Installation Lot 2: Light & Accessible Commercial Kitchen Equipment - Supply & Installation The scope of services required across these potential lots encompasses, but is not limited to, the following key areas: Scope of Services Supply & Installation of Heavy Equipment: Sourcing and installing items such as combi ovens, refrigeration and dishwashing systems. Supply & Installation of Light & Accessible Equipment: Sourcing and installing countertop appliances, utensils, and specialist/adaptive equipment for residents. Bespoke Fabrication: Creation and installation of custom stainless-steel items like worktops, shelving, and extraction canopies. Associated Services: Including site surveys, delivery, and the compliant disposal of old equipment (WEEE). Interested suppliers are invited to consider their potential to deliver these services and manage the described lots, noting any areas they would not typically cover.
