Anchor is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise and is seeking to understand the market for a comprehensive suite of services for the supply and installation of commercial kitchen equipment. These services are essential for providing safe, high-quality, and compliant catering facilities for our residents. This provision is anticipated to be structured into two distinct lots, as detailed below. Anticipated Lot Structure Lot 1: Heavy Commercial Kitchen Equipment - Supply & Installation Lot 2: Light & Accessible Commercial Kitchen Equipment - Supply & Installation The scope of services required across these potential lots encompasses, but is not limited to, the following key areas: Scope of Services Supply & Installation of Heavy Equipment: Sourcing and installing items such as combi ovens, refrigeration and dishwashing systems. Supply & Installation of Light & Accessible Equipment: Sourcing and installing countertop appliances, utensils, and specialist/adaptive equipment for residents. Bespoke Fabrication: Creation and installation of custom stainless-steel items like worktops, shelving, and extraction canopies. Associated Services: Including site surveys, delivery, and the compliant disposal of old equipment (WEEE).
