Scope

Description

Prior notices relating to this procurement are 2025/S 000-004106

The main objective of this Framework Agreement is to provide a compliant route to market for Managed Neutral Vendor Services providers, to provide a holistic approach to the provision of the day-to-day service provision, service management responsibilities and functions. Acting as a strategic method for improving service operations and cutting expenses, minimising the risk of exposure to Beneficiaries of the Framework and ensuring value for money on all managed service requirements.

Services delivered under the Framework will capture and deliver all elements typically and specifically involved and/or associated with neutral vendor and fully managed services.

The resulting framework will be conducted under the Procurement Act 2023 with a length of 4 years.

Description of risks to contract performance

1. Higher utilisation of the framework agreement than planned, where the contract value is achieved earlier than the expiry of the framework. The framework can be terminated.

2. Where the scope/specification of the framework is no longer relevant to the services being provided, the framework could be terminated early to allow for re-tender.
