Description
East Midlands Airport (EMA) is looking for a strategic partner to undertake and provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services both in a landside and airside environment. The anticipated scope of works of the awarded contract will likely include the below:
- Grounds Maintenance
- Landscaping
- Litter picking
- Gritting
- Associated Services / Ad-Hoc requests (vegetation removal, tree surgery)
Please note, the primary scope of this tender is for EMA, however, MAG reserves the right to extend the scope of the contract to the other airports in the Group.

- £840,000 including VAT

Upon the issue of this notice, all interested parties are to be aware the PQQ deadline is 03/10/2025. MAG will not be issuing an extension to this date due to any delay in registering or requesting access to the documents.
