Description

The Council is re-commissioning it's Long Term Home Support Service, which provides support to adults through the provision of personal care and support delivered in peoples' own homes.

Support will be delivered within the city of Coventry by adults CQC registered providers who will deliver services through competent and professional care staff to meet requirements under individual support plans. This will be based on eligible needs and aimed at supporting people to be independent and to achieve their maximum potential. Long term home support is a core adult social care service that meets statutory obligations under the Care Act (2014). The contract will be awarded under multiple lots/providers to support delivery across the city.
