Scope

Description

IWM is tendering for Potential Providers to cover the following support requirements for construction and property projects, via a framework agreement over the next three years (with an option to extend for a further one year):

The requirements will be split into the following framework Lots:

Lot 1

Asbestos Surveyor

Fire Strategy & Risk Assessment Consultant

Principal Designer/ CDM/ Health & Safety Advisor

Ground Contamination/ Environmental

Lot 2

Landscape Consultant

Transport Consultant

Potential Providers may bid for individual Lots or both Lots.

Potential Providers must be able to provide all of the above support requirements within a respective Lot.

Note: The value of the Framework is an estimation for the first three years and covers long-term capital projects at IWM, some of which are dependent on funding.

Framework operation description

Prices will be determined via rate cards provided by contractors at tender stage which will form part of the contract.

In respect of issuing tasks to contractors, IWM reserves the right to either directly award tasks to individual contractors or to undertake a mini-competition for work amongst the contractors.
