A Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice was published on Public Contracts Scotland on 9 July 2025 to notify the market of the proposed direct award of the contract.

The CPV code 85323000 applied to the contract relates to the provision of various health and social care services delivered within a community setting, rather than in hospitals. The light touch procurement regime applies to this CPV code.

The direct award of the contract to the incumbent Provider will enable effective and collaborative service evaluation over the contract period.
