Description of possible extension:
Should an extension be required, it will be granted for a further three years subject to internal Senior Management approvals and under the Terms and Conditions within the contract which will include break clauses. There will also be two further sets of two year extensions which will also be subject the internal Senior approval. Therefore, the overall agreement for the contract is up to 10 years.

Competitive flexible procedure description
This Competitive flexible procedure will consist of two stages. The first stage will include the assessment of the Pre-selection Questionnaire on a Pass/Fail basis and the Technical Quality Assessment which accounts for 20% of the overall Award Criteria. Successful candidates will be invited to the 2nd stage of the competition. The second stage will include the Social Value assessment which is weighted at 10% of the Award Criteria. A Demo and Interview stage is weighted at 30% of the Criteria and a Price Assessment is weighted at 40% of the overall Award Criteria.
