Competitive flexible procedure description
Contracts will be awarded under the competitive flexible procedure, which will consist of a two (2) stage process of written tender responses.
Stage 1 - Procurement Specific Questionnaire
The Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) is a set of questions that a Bidder must satisfy to be invited to participate in Stage two (2) of this procurement. These questions will relate to the Bidder(s) legal, insurance and economic financial standing as well as their technical ability to fulfil the contract requirements.
Bidder(s) must indicate how many of the eleven (11) lots they wish to bid for in stage one.
Outcome letters will be published to all Bidder(s) who either pass or fail at stage one and a voluntary 'stand still' period will then be observed.
Only those Bidder(s) that pass Stage One (PSQ) will be invited to participate in stage two (Invitation to Tender)
Stage 2 - Tendering stage
For this stage, Bidder(s) shall respond to the published tender documentation.
