Description

There are 14 separate Insurance Polices required and so this tender is divided into 14 Lots, namely:

The date of commencement of cover being the 1st December 2025.

Whilst the initial term for each Policy will be a 12 month period, consideration may be given to those Providers that can offer a suitable longer term arrangement.

Comprehensive Cover. Business use of the Policyholder, Social Domestic & Pleasure and Carriage of Own Goods. For any authorised driver with the permission of the policyholder.

Approximately 90 vehicles - both cars and LCV.

Lot 8. BUSINESS INTERRUPTION INSURANCE

Description

To indemnify the Insured for the business interruption following physical loss or physical damage to the property both onshore and offshore providing such physical loss or physical damage would be insured under Section 1 if the insured owned such property.

Journey Description: Extended Business travel outside of Country of Domicile (Any trip in connection with the Business outside of the Country of Domicile including days that are added by the Insured Person for personal reasons)

This tender process is being conducted by Marsh Limited on behalf of Phoenix Energy Holdings Ltd.

Those interested parties that wish to be considered for inclusion in the tender process must first express their interest by e-mail to judith.man@marsh.com stating which particular Lot (one or more) that they wish to be considered for and provide a brief summary of their particular experience within that specific area.

Expressions of interest must be received by no later than 16:00hrs on the 26.09.2025. It is deemed the responsibility of each interested Party to ensure that their e-mail registering such interest is received.

Those Parties that have registered an interest in line with the above and have clearly demonstrated appropriate expererience shall then be invited to proceed to the next stage - a competitive tender process.

A tender process shall take place for each individual Lot following which the most advantageous offer shall be determined.

This determination shall be based upon the tender offer received and subsequent negotiations. Albeit not all tendering organisations shall be invited to proceed to the negotiation stage.

Note, all Insurance Policies shall be in the name of: Phoenix Energy Group Holdings Limited (and its subsidiaries) t/as Phoenix Energy Group Ltd and Phoenix Energy Services Ltd save for Professional Indemnity which shall be in the name of Phoenix Energy Services Ltd.
