Coventry University Group has a requirement to appoint a specialised to provide services related to minor works and maintenance and intends to implement a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to deliver these requirements with several suppliers under various Lots in whom the University can place confidence in to carry out these tasks.

seven.1) Information to be changed or added

seven.2) Other additional information

This is a minor amendment to extend the duration of the Minor Works and Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) (Ref: FRAM-976-23-GBS) until February 23, 2029. This extension is made in accordance with Regulation 34(4) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the transitional provisions under the Procurement Act 2023, as outlined in the Cabinet Office guidance. All other terms of the DPS will remain unchanged. Suppliers may continue to apply for admission throughout this extended period.
