Description

To instigate a Framework of supply for the HE and wider public sector for sustainable Estates Professional Services. The procurement process is set to establish a Framework of 8 Lots. Each Lot will consist of a maximum of 8 suppliers who can demonstrate a robust approach to the services required. The Services will be availble for UKUPC members. Evidence and demonstratable experience will need to be shown to achive a place on the Framework as per the award criteria in the documentation.

Description

Provide competent advice and assurance to the Member and its duty holders on compliance with UK fire safety law; lead/oversee suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment and the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of fire precautions; coordinate with enforcing authorities and, where applicable, with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) Accountable Persons.

Competitive flexible procedure description

This is a two stage process of application for Estates Professional Services. The first stage will be a completion of the PSQ which will be reviewed and suppliers will then be taken through the the second stage of Invitation to Participate. The buyer reserves the right for additional purchases, described here, from the contractor: Individual Lot values are indicative only and provided for estimation purposes. Actual value will depend on Customers' purchasing patterns and their decisions when calling off services. For the purposes of monitoring spend over the life of the framework agreement, the total framework value will be used to assess whether the overall spend threshold is being approached or exceeded throughout its term.
