Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is responsible for the management upkeep and repair of the properties it owns. The Council had a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a 2-year term service (1and1) for the clearance of houses, flats and gardens including general and hazardous waste. The service will also include Pest Removal and Fumigation services from various types of Council owned void properties, on occasion work may be required to occupied properties. All properties are located within the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough.

A Break Clause will be applied at the end of Year 1.Contract extensions will be applied for Year 2 subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and by neither Party evoking the Break Clause which must be done no later than 13 weeks prior to the end of Year 1.
