Scope
Description
The Council wishes to commission Supplier(s) on a framework basis, to supply Print and promotional Signage materials and services. The Marketing and Media Department manage the design and print requirements for the Council.
The Open Framework will operate for a maximum term of eight (8) years from the Commencement Date. Upon completion of the initial three-year period, the Council reserves the right, at its discretion, to reopen the Framework to admit new suppliers for the remainder of the original eight-year term. Such reopening may occur in circumstances such as when existing suppliers leave the Framework, are unable to meet requirements, responding to market changes or innovations, and encouraging SME participation, or where reopening is deemed necessary to maintain competition and value for money. Any reopening constitutes a renewal of participation for the remaining duration of the original term and does not extend or reset the eight-year limit (in accordance with section 49(2)(c) of the Act).
