The University is undertaking a two stage Competitive Flexible procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 to source a single Contractor to undertake University side heating system works to ready itself for connection to a district heating network. Full details of the Competitive Flexible process are contained within the Invitation to Participate document. PLEASE NOTE - the submission date is 19/09/25 (12noon) for stage 1 submissions not the 25/11/25 as stated in the notice, this is an error with our eSender currently being worked on.
