Scope
Description
Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking to identify potential providers capable of delivering a locality-wide SEND School Improvement Programme that supports strategic leadership, inclusive practice, and system-wide sustainability.
We are specifically seeking responses from organisations that can deliver all of the following elements as part of a single, integrated offer:
• Strategic CPD for SENCOs and school leaders focused on whole-school SEND leadership and inclusive culture.
• A structured self-evaluation and action planning framework aligned with Ofsted and Local Area SEND Inspection priorities.
• A digital dashboard that enables the local authority to monitor school-level SEND priorities and progress.
• A local peer network model, including coaching and cluster-based collaboration to share effective practice.
• Access to a national network of SEND leaders and experts, including opportunities for cross-authority learning and professional development.
• Tailored consultancy to align programme delivery with local SEND strategy and embed sustainable improvement into LA governance and business-as-usual processes.
