Scope
Description
Sunderland City Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide Employee Counselling Services to its employees which is independent from the Council.
The Provider will be required to provide a one-to-one, confidential Employee Counselling Service to the Council's employees or other external organisations to which the Council's Occupational Health Services provides counselling Services to.
The Service will compliment other Council employee support services and shall be provided at the Council's Occupational Health Service's premises, which is currently located at Thorney Close Action and Enterprise Centre, 120 Thorndale Road, Thorney Close, Sunderland, SR3 4JQ.
