Scope
Description
Suppliers are required to offer an insurance policy that will cover property and associated covers as required suitable for a property owner. This shall include cover for building, rent, property owners liability and engineering inspection and insurance for the whole portfolio.
This contracted is being managed by Marsh McLennan and NHS Commercial Solutions on behalf of Spelthorne Borough Council.
