Scope
Description
NHS England (NHSE) is seeking to expand the number of suppliers in the market and their capability to deliver digital clinical services within the Community Pharmacy (CP) marketplace in support of the NHS 10 Year Plan.
To support this, the NHSE National Commercial & Procurement Hub intends to operate a market engagement process. This market engagement process will seek to establish the extent of interest within the wider marketplace. This will kick-off the procurement process that NHSE intends to operate. This process will result in qualified parties being included on the Digital Buyer's Catalogue and awarded a framework contract.
NHSE intends to identify the extent of market interest and the readiness of interested parties to deliver against the published Capability Standards for CPIT Services.
The market engagement period of 7-weeks will commence on 1st September 2025 and close at 5pm on Monday 20th October 2025. Interested parties must use the Atamis procurement portal to engage, ask questions and provide feedback throughout the market engagement period. Details about accessing the opportunity via Atamis can be found below.
The NHSE National Commercial and Procurement Hub will issue a market engagement questionnaire enabling suppliers to provide information on their company and solution(s).
The first webinar will be held on the 11th September 2025 and provide further information on the market engagement.
