Description of possible extension:
The potential length of contract will be 6 years from service commencement, with an intial term of 4 years and an option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
An option to include an additional 470 beds within this contract at a future point in time may be invoked but is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the Authority.

Justification for not using lots
The Authority considered lotting, however following assessment of all options, it was determined that the most appropriate route to go to market is a single managed service.
