Scope
Description
This is a preliminary market engagement notice to procure a managed disrepair service to work with the Council to successfully manage disrepair cases over a 2 year period. The managed service will include surveying, administration, coordination and works capacity and will work closely with the council's housing and legal teams.
Please note that suppliers will also be delivering works in execution of this contract.
