ScotRail are tendering for suppliers for the provision of environmental testing services at various ScotRail Depots and ISFE locations. This may include but is not limited to the testing of effluent interceptors, fuel storage tanks, LEV, coolant, carriage wash plants effluent discharge, train drinking water points, and diesel exhaust fumes as well as the provision of specialist technical support and any ad-hoc services required.
It is envisaged this requirement will have a duration of 3 years will optional 24-month extensions on two separate occasions to a maximum term of 7 years.

This is a pre-qualification activity in advance of a formal tender process.
ScotRail requires a Service Provider (SP) to provide Environmental Monitoring, Testing and Analysis Services. These services will include periodic testing and audits in conformance with the ScotRail’s Environmental Management Plan.
The SP will provide environmental testing to four separate areas of ScotRail operations. The first is the depot testing service, the operations site testing, the ISFE locations and on train testing services. On train testing refers to all ScotRail operated fleet testing.
Depots - Corkerhill, Glasgow; Haymarket, Edinburgh; Inverness; Shields, Glasgow.
ISFE Locations - Perth; Eastfield, Glasgow; Cadder, Glasgow; Millerhill, Edinburgh.
Operations Locations - Ayr; Bathgate; Yoker, Glasgow.
