Aster is currently reviewing its long-term materials supply chain strategy. We are seeking initial feedback from potential suppliers through this short pre-market engagement (PME) exercise. Your responses will help us refine our requirements, test assumptions about delivery models, and shape the data and reporting specifications, with the aim of improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and value for money.

The focus of this PME is on understanding supplier capabilities in areas such as logistics innovation, data reporting, triple bottom line performance (financial, environmental, and social), and approaches to hybrid models that include specialist suppliers.
