The contract proposed to be entered into by ScotRail with the successful Tenderer as a result of this procurement will be ScotRail’s “Agreement for the supply of Goods and / or Services”. Further information on how these will be evaluated can be found in the PQQ and ITN documents.

Whilst it is the intention that SRT will be the primary user of this contract, in future this contract may be utilised by other entities within the SRH Group
