This is a 'negotiated procedure with prior call for competition' in which both your response to the PQQ and your Initial Tender are to be completed simultaneously and both are to be submitted at the latest by 12:00 on 22 October. As such, please ignore section 'IV.2.3) Estimated date of dispatch of invitations to tender or to participate to selected candidates' in this notice and the dates provided there. The timescales outlined within the 'Invitation to Request to Participate and Invitation to Negotiate (ITN): The Provision of Workwear and Lockers with Laundry and Repair Services' contained within the WAX Digital portal should be adhered to.
