Scope
Description
Connexus is preparing to procure a suite of integrated digital systems to support its corporate services. The procurement will cover:
- HR Information System (HRIS)
- Payroll Management System (PMS)
- Learning Management Platform (LMS)
- Health & Safety Compliance and Reporting System (HSRS)
- Recruitment and Onboarding Platform (ROP)
The objective is to modernise and streamline internal operations, enhance user experience, maintain regulatory compliance, and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This includes implementing robust reporting capabilities to enable real-time performance monitoring, audit tracking, and strategic insights aligned with organisational KPIs.

Engagement process description
Interested Providers are invited to fill in a questionnaire based on Connexus' minimum requirements.
Providers that are able to fulfil these requirements will then be invited to fill in a request for information document and to participate in a Market Engagement Event, these are to be held at Connexus' Head Office on:
Monday 6th October 2025, Wednesday 8th October 2025 and Thursday 9th October 2025
These sessions will involve an opportunity for providers to demonstrate their software solutions against a predefined set criteria (as provided by Connexus). They will also offer the opportunity to ask questions from a buyer and provider perspective.
Connexus will use the information gathered from the events and the RFI responses to inform the procurement process.
