Description
Westminster City Council is embarking on a term contract for Playground Surveying, Repairs and Maintence for a period of 4 years (2+1+1). A two-year initial contract term is to allow for the establishment of the contract delivery. The extension option is to maintain the delivery incentive for the additional final year of the contract.
• Electronic management system.
- For all assets, inspections and repairs.
- Reporting and monitoring.

- Undertake three Operational Inspections each year.

Description of possible extension:
The contract duration of 2 + 1 + 1 years is. A two-year initial contract term is to allow for the establishment of the contract delivery with 2 further 1 year extensions are available, this will potentially take the duration to 2029 with all extensions.
The extension option is to maintain the delivery incentive for the additional final year of the contract.
