Description

Post Office is seeking to engage the market ahead of a forthcoming procurement for a Combined (Hard and Soft) Facilities Management (CFM) contract. The requirement will include the provision of both hard and soft FM services across multiple sites, including maintenance, cleaning and associated support services including Project Management and Delivery of Capital and Equipment works. The contract will be delivered through a single supplier model, with services expected to be delivered to high standards of compliance, efficiency, and value for money.

The authority wishes to put in place a contract for an initial 5 year term, with further optional extensions of 3 years and 2 years.

Engagement process description

Post Office intends to run a Market Engagement event via Microsoft Teams to introduce the requirement to the market prior to issuing the proposed Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ).

The Market Engagement event shall take place on Wednesday 20th August at 2pm (Subject to change).

In order to participate in the PSQ, interested parties should email 'procurement@postoffice.co.uk', by Friday 15th August 2025, providing:

(1) the name of the organisation, (2) the name, position and contact details (including email address) of the person attending.

Following receipt of all requests to receive an invite, Post Office shall issue an email with joining instructions.

If you are unable to attend this engagement session this will not impact your ability to participate in the tender when it is issued.
