Description
North Wales seek to source the professional services of a qualified architect to work with the project manager for the Deeside Police Station new build. North Wales Police wish to build a Police Station on the existing site at Wepre Drive, Connah's Quay, Deeside, Flintshire. Capital Project at Deeside consisting of providing a temp Police Station, demolition of existing Police Station and construction of a new Police Station and associated external works. This will be a design and build process for the construction and a separate tender process will take once planning is approved, we will then novate the architect over to the awarded construction contractor.

Prosiect Cyfalaf ar Lannau Dyfrdwy sy'n cynnwys darparu Gorsaf Heddlu dros dro, dymchwel yr Orsaf Heddlu bresennol ac adeiladu Gorsaf Heddlu newydd a gwaith allanol cysylltiedig. Bydd hon yn broses ddylunio ac adeiladu ar gyfer y gwaith adeiladu. Bydd proses dendro ar wahân yn digwydd, unwaith y bydd y cynllunio wedi'i gymeradwyo. Byddwn wedyn yn cyfeirio'r pensaer at y contractwr adeiladu a ddyfarnwyd.
