Description

The Warwick District Council Printing Services Framework meets diverse public sector printing needs across nine Lots. It features a granular weighting system, allowing buyers to optimise supplier selection based on local needs, priorities, and policies. The framework supports robust contract management with KPI reporting to help buyers monitor supplier performance and ensure value. With a focus on flexibility, sustainability, and innovation, it delivers cost-effective, high-quality services while enabling alignment with organisational goals and social value initiatives.

Description

We are seeking potential suppliers of outcome‑based energy‑reduction programmes for print environments - from granular metering and AI‑driven scheduling of presses to LED‑lighting retrofits, heat‑recovery systems and renewable‑power sourcing. Solutions should deliver guaranteed kWh and CO₂e savings, provide ESOS / SECR‑ready reporting, and offer financing or gain‑share models so that authorities and framework suppliers alike can decarbonise operations with minimal capital outlay.
