This is a competitive ITT conducted in accordance with the Competitive Process under The Procurement Act 2023 Regulations.
The procurement of the Services is being run as a bespoke, single-stage application process.
The Trust’s objective is to secure the provision of a high-quality, comprehensive, and integrated Sleep Therapy Service for patients requiring diagnostic testing, CPAP and NIV therapy, compliance monitoring, and consumables management.
The contract will be for an initial term of 5 years from 22nd February 2026 with an optional 2 year extension and an indicative value of up to £14,700,000.
