Framework operation description
The majority of the work awarded will be done via mini competitions with all framework providers invited to participate. Price will be the deciding factor along with the successful provider required to have a satisfactory risk assessment and method statement in place.
Emergency work will be direct awarded to framework providers as and when required in through a pre-determined fair process.
