Description
Longwell Green Leisure Centre - Rooflight Glazing Replacement and Ancillary Repairs. The contract will be awarded on a fixed lump sum price. Interim payments, completion certification, and any changes, will be managed via the contract process as detailed within the JCT contract.
The appointed consultant will issue and manage JCT contract documentation during the works.
