Description

The identified provider of a Parent Liaison Officer (PLO) role will work in partnership with the Engage multi-agency contextual safeguarding team to develop support for the families of children and young people who are being, or at risk of being, exploited in Blackburn with Darwen (BwD). This will include direct support to parents, befriending matches between volunteers and parents, and parent peer support group work. The provider will also provide training to BwD as part of this commission.
