LOT 1: An E- Commerce Platform for our students to order their season tickets that will be able to plug into our existing websites.
LOT 2: A Customer and fulfilment service meeting our accessibility standards, which would be via multiple avenues such as, but not limited to, print and post-delivery/smart ticketing service (mobile platform app).
This would include management of credit accounts for larger learning establishments and councils that place one order a term for a large number of passes.
