​It is the expectation for a new supplier/ supplier to provide:

​LOT 1: An E- Commerce Platform for our students to order their season tickets that will be able to plug into our existing websites.

​LOT 2: A Customer and fulfilment service meeting our accessibility standards, which would be via multiple avenues such as, but not limited to, print and post-delivery/smart ticketing service (mobile platform app).

​This would include management of credit accounts for larger learning establishments and councils that place one order a term for a large number of passes.
